House Manager, Laverne Lewis, will discuss your preferences or special requirements to make every meal an occasion.  Simple or sophisticated, as is your want.  Alternatively you can just leave the choice of menus to them and you will not be disappointed.

An excellent wine cellar is maintained in temperature controlled conditions.  Laverne can arrange to purchase wine on island or from St Vincent, or wine from the cellar can be used on the basis that it is subsequently replaced.
